What is the return policy? icon

While we want you to be 100% satisfied with your Packed Party items, we offer returns on any unused merchandise within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that we do not offer free returns but will provide you with a label to send the product back to our warehouse. We will process your refund minus the return shipping cost as soon as we receive your returned items.

Please note: All Drinkware Sales are Final

You can use our new Returns Portal to start the return process. Our team will approve your return within 3 business days and the label will be emailed upon approval.

If you experience any issues, Please reach out to us at contact@packedparty.com Please do not send back your order without a label issued by our customer care team, as our Dallas warehouse will not be able to accept it.

Packed Party is unable to accept returns on items bought from our retail partners. Please contact our retail partners directly for the appropriate refund, credit, or exchange.

What are my shipping options? icon

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Processing and delivery times may be longer around holiday seasons & sales as we are processing more orders during this time.

Delivery time for US orders is 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday). International orders are 7-14 business days (Monday - Friday)

Were happy to now offer expedited shipping methods! These are chosen at check out and price will vary based on location.

Free ground shipping on orders $60+ only applies to orders within the continental United States.

Can I ship a Packed Party outside of the US? icon

Yes! We currently ship internationally. Please allow at least an additional week of shipping as packages can be held up in customs when shipping internationally. We are not responsible for the reimbursement of any fees assessed at the time of delivery.

Please note we do not currently ship orders to China.

What if I accidentally put the wrong ship to address? icon

We definitely understand that this happens. If we are notified immediately after you place your order, we will update the shipping information. Once a package is sent out it takes roughly 2 weeks to be sent back to the Packed Party warehouse in Dallas, TX.

A Packed Party employee will contact you for a new 'Ship To' address as well as payment information to reship your Packed Party. There is a $14 charge to change the address of your package once it's been shipped to the initial address.

Shipments that are ‘returned to sender’ or undeliverable are subject to additional shipping and handling costs.

Does the Packed Party ship inside another package or show up just as shown? icon

All packages show up just as shown in photos, no "boxes inside boxes" here. We love sharing the party with you and your friend's doorsteps!

Is shipping included? icon

Shipping will be an additional charge and price is subject to change depending on where the package is being shipped to. Shipping is free if your cart total is above the stated free shipping threshold ($60). Also please note, returns are subject to a shipping fee.

What if my package is stolen or arrives damaged? icon

Once your order leaves our facilities, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. Should your item arrive damaged, please contact us immediately & we will try to resolve the issue as fast as possible.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses or stolen packages. If your package is delivered to the wrong address, please contact us so our customer support team can address the issue. If your package was lost or stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Can I ship to APO and FPO addresses? icon

Absolutely! We love supporting our military and their families worldwide. All Packed Party orders shipped to APO and FPO boxes are shipped with the US Postal Service. We are always happy to include a special note to any military orders. If you have any questions email us at contact@packedparty.com.
